Auto Repair Reference Center
The Auto Repair Reference Center™ database includes automotive
repair information on most manufacturers of domestic and imported vehicles.
It includes service bulletin and recalls, wiring diagrams, and maintenance
schedules more than 31,660 vehicles, from 1945 to present.
Current Biography contains biographies and obituaries from all of the volumes of Current Biography Yearbook from 1940 to the present. The biographies are searchable by name, profession, title, place of origin, gender, race/ethnicity, date of birth, date of death, and keyword.
Encyclopedia Britannica Online
Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia
Available to all New Jersey library patrons and offers keyword and custom searching of 15 databases simultaneously. These databases cover subjects such as health, history, business, education, science, current events, literature, home improvement, and popular fiction.
Points of View Reference Center
Points of View Reference Center is a full-text database designed to provide students with a series of essays that present multiple sides of a current issue. The database provides 200 topics, each with an overview (objective background/description), point (argument) and counterpoint (opposing argument). Available from EBSCOhost.
The site features interactive audio language and culture lessons for 11 foreign
languages, as well as games and tests to track your progress. There are also
language specific community areas so that you can connect with other students.
Free registration is required.
Student Research Center
Designed specifically for high school students, the Student Research Center lets students easily determine which content sources (e.g., Magazines, Newspapers, Biographies, Country Reports, Film and Video) will be included with their search. They can also search their databases by topic heading, make use of an online dictionary and encyclopedia, and explore the top searches of the day.
